New top! Pattern is Isabella, by Jordana Paige. I adapted it to have a lacy edging on bottom and armholes, and angled the collar slightly. I also made the front ‘medium’ from the 3rd row of eyelets, while keeping the back as a small. The yarn used is Robin 4-ply, and it took c. 150 grams. I knitted it in the round up to the armholes. This is a really simple pattern to knit.

Crocheted yarn pot – for putting your yarn in when knitting or crocheting to stop it getting dirty or being played with by cats! This is a larger version than my previous one, and is my own pattern. You can thread the yarn out through the top (centre of the flower) or through a hole in one of the ends. This is made from a chunky acrylic yarn so that it’s washable and doesn’t felt. It’s a present for a friend who has a new kitten.

More socks – walking ones this time. Made with DK yarn, which made them a lot quicker to knit up. I used a hand-dyed yarn for the main socks, and added accents for the cuff, toe, and heel.
